In most cases you do not need to send us a page or file a ticket, all dedicated servers are monitored by us 24/7 and if your server become unreachable, we would be notified immediately and reboot them.
If you purchased our managed services, troubleshooting will be performed on your server to find out what crashed your server and fix it.
