There are currently two ways to do this. The first is to run this command in shell:
"/scripts/wwwacct" or "useradd"
This command will run you through steps to create a new account.
You can also use the "Create A New Account" feature in the Web Host Manager at 'http://your-ip/whm/' to create a new account. Replace "your-ip" with your ip address assigned to your server.
