I get incorrect root password when accessing a MySQL Cpanel feature

The CPanel needs to know the MySQL root password. To do this you need to edit or create a file in /root called (.my.cnf)

The file should look something like this:

[client]
user=root
pass=rootpassword

This will fix the error in the CPanel.

For managed service client, if you are unsure how to do this, please open a trouble ticket and we will fix it for you.
