Telnet access is not available for security reason, instead SSH access is available. SSH client is needed to login to your server via console. The username and password is included in your welcome email.
If you do not have an SSH program then you must first create a new account on the server. To do this you should log into the Web Host Manager at http://your-ip/whm/ (WHM addon is required)
Replace "your-ip" with your IP address assigned to your server.
