First you may want to configure hosting packages in your reseller center. Login to http://yourassignedip:2086 , replace "yourassignedip" with the ip address assigned to you, they are located at your welcome email.

Once you have logged in, on the left frame section, scroll down until you see "Packages" and click on add new a package link. On the right frame, you will be presented with a few sets of options for your packages. Complete the fields and assign features for your packages and click on create button. You have just created your hosting packages.

Next, to create account for your clients, on the left frame, scroll up until you see "Account Functions". Click on create new account. Enter the domain name and the password for the account and click on the "Package" drop down box and select the package you wish this account to have. The features for the account will be automatically filled with the package's setting. Click on create button.

You have just created a hosting account. You will receive a confirmation from the server regarding this new account you just created.
