If you have a dedicated ip address then you can access your site at (http://theip)

example: (http://1.1.1.1)

If you do not have a unique ip you can still access your site. You can use the IP address in your welcome email where you connect to FTP and add your username to the end like this: (http://1.1.1.1/~username/)

Note: Replace "theip" with your ip address and "username" with your username provided in your welcome email.
