Chat rooms tend to be large system hogs on in a shared server environment therefore we do not allow you to install your own. We do however provide 2 types of chat room which you may use freely. They can be located at your control panel under tools section.
Other alternative would be to upgrade your account to a VPS account or a dedicated server to run your Chat Rooms.
