You can create mySQL database from your control panel. First login to your control panel, your welcome email contain information on how to login to your control panel.

1. Click on manage mysql link located under database section
2. Enter you desired database name in the "db" field and click on "Add Db" button
3. Next, you need to add a database user. In the username, enter your desired username and your password in the password field and click on "Add User" button.
4. Once you added your database and user, you need to assign the user you created above to the database. Select the user from the drop down box and the database then click on "Add User to Db" button.

You have successfully create a database and assigned the user to the database.

Note that your database & database user will have your control panel username as the prefix. Ex. cpaneluser_database, cpaneluser_databaseuser

Below is the common mysql connect configuration
host: localhost
database: cpaneluser_database *
user: cpaneluser_databaseuser *
password: password *

*Replace the above setting to match your database you created.
