You can create email accounts from your hosting control panel.
To get to your control panel connect to (http://yourdomain.com:2082/) using any web browser and go to the Mail Section -> Add/Remove accounts. Use this function to create/modify/remove your POP3 accounts.
Note: Catch-all/Default email account can not be removed.
